We may disclose all of the Information we collect, as described above, to non-affiliated companies that perform services on our behalf, or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. For example, Information may be disclosed to others to enable them to provide business services for us, such as helping us to evaluate requests for our products or services, performing general administrative activities for us, and assisting us in processing a transaction requested by an Individual. We may also gather Information from third parties as described in the Retainer Agreement to assist us in providing the services offered.

If an Individual decides to close an account or otherwise becomes an inactive customer, we will continue to follow the privacy practices described in this notice with respect to such Individual.
